Directions from Packaging
Keep product fresh by closing the spout when not in use. Store in a cool, dry place to prevent caking. How to get the best results from Planet Automatic Dishwasher Detergent: 1 - Load Dishes Properly. Load dishes so the dirty sides face the spray. Do not block spray to the top rack. 2 - Fill All Dispenser Cups. Use slightly more detergent if you have heavily soiled dishes or hard water. Use less detergent if you have very soft water. 3 - Separate Your Silverware. Avoid damage by separating stainless steel from silverware. Do not spill detergent directly onto silver. 4 - Check Water Temperature. Water temperature should be at least 140 F (60 C) for best results. 5 - Pre-Soak if Needed. Pre-soak hard to clean cookware with a solution of 1 tbsp. detergent to 1 pint of hot water. Do not pre-soak cast iron or silver items. Always follow dishwasher manufacturer's instructions, and make sure items are dishwasher safe before using this product.
