Directions from packaging:

Lift cap, then pull the brush head up. Squeeze tube to dispense the formula. Gently squeeze tube until balm appears on brush head. Paint balm onto face, then wipe off with a wet washcloth for clean, smooth skin. Paint balm onto clean skin and gently rub in. Use anytime skin needs extra hydration or soothing.
