EWG, along with Clean Water Action and more than a dozen co-signers, submitted comments to the California State Water Resources Control Board and the California Department of Social Services regarding the agencies’ implementation of AB 2370. The co-signing groups are asking the agencies to adopt and implement actions to ensure that children not ingest lead-contaminated water while at licensed child care centers in California.
