Geoff Horsfield works on policies to make food more sustainable and healthier, including those touching on alternative proteins like plant-based meat. Prior to joining EWG, he worked in government affairs at the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals and interned in the office of Sen. Cory Booker (D-N.J.). Horsfield has also served in AmeriCorps with AIDS United, in Durham, N.C. and as volunteer coordinator for Carolina Tiger Rescue. Geoff holds a bachelor’s degree from Gettysburg College and a master’s degree in public policy from the College of William & Mary.
